The tour was great. The guide (Pathun) was amazing. He spotted lots of things like lizards, birds, crocodiles, etc that we would never have seen without his eagle eye vision. He was also very knowledgeable about the animals and gave us lots of facts about the elephants. The car transfer was on time and the driver was very good. The only thing was that there was 4 passengers in the car with 4 suitcases and it did not really fit. Someone had to put a suitcase between their legs. It should have been a bigger car really. Overall the driver was very good though.

Everything worked out exactly as planned. On time pick-up from Tangalle at 530am, great Udawalawa safari with a good guide and lots of wildlife (3-4 hours). We were dropped off at our hotel in Ella as requested at about 2pm. Definitely recommended as a way to transfer from Tangalle to Ella with a great activity in between.

Great experience, our safari driver Pathum was awesome! Maybe a bit overpriced (especially considering the entry ticket is not included), but recommended!
