All went to plan. Picked up on time by our driver (Kadek Tomblos). Driven to the site for start of the trek and dropped off by our driver. The trek up was fairly challenging but good fun. Our guide (Ketut) looked after us all the way and was great fun. We were in a group with one other couple. Sunrise was incredible with the breakfast prepared by our guide. We then explored the top of the volcano for bit (the steam vents etc) before descending back down the volcano. Our driver was then ready to take us to hot springs and then back to our hotel via coffee plantation. Can't fault anything and our driver (Kadek) and guide (Ketut) really made it special. Thank you!!

Once in a lifetime experience, the views from the top of Mount Batur were fantastic. Our guide Wayan was a true professional and very friendly. He offered help getting up when appropriate and offered plenty of breaks when needed. Our driver Garis was delightful and polite and we felt very safe in his hands. I regretted not bringing a pair of flip flops for the hot springs and a change of clothes so bring those with you if you can! The hike was quite challenging so if you consider yourself unfit the trip isn’t for you!

Amore was the perfect driver. He adjusted what I proposed and created a great full day’s tour and experience. His knowledge was really really guide and he provided string history and background

We had a great time during our sunrise hike. Our guides DIB and Pande were really good very caring and considerate making sure we’re ok. They told us loads of information and helped us so much.

My wife and I had a great time during the tour. Putu, our tour guide was really great at explaining the local traditions and made the overall experience really great.
