We had a nice, simple and informative tour. The entire process of making the delicious olive oil is shown from start to finish. We were guided by a nice Scottish lady who has been living in Spain for several years. Her explanation, in English, is of course clear and easy to follow. A must for anyone who is curious about how olive oil is produced.
