An absolutely amazing experience. This was our first wine tasting and our sommelier Alberto gave a good introduction and information regarding the estate, background, tasting and the wine making process and the Family's traditions. Food and wine was top notch. The estate itself is very beautiful and we were given a tour of the yard. Alberto was also very outgoing and humorous which made it a nice evening.
This was a very unique and wonderful cooking and wine experience! Dante was a fabulous teacher, we made 3 dishes: Tuscan summer bruschetta with truffle, pasta with fresh made truffle butter, and a pork in truffle sauce... then the wine tasting consisted of 8 wines, and also accompanied by a meat & cheese platter plus sides.... I loved it!
Really really lovely experience. Both hosts were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. They made learning to make easy and fun and the conversation was both interesting and enjoyable, never an awkward moment even though it was just myself. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants an authentic Italian experience.
This class was amazing! Francesco is an amazing chef. He is multilingual and very good at explaining what to do - no matter if the student is experienced or inexperienced, adult or child. The different dishes including the desert turned out delicious and we had a lot of fun! Highly recommended!
The Guide was very friendly. Even took is on a side adventure to Monteriggioni for free since we were ahead if schedule! Had a really great time, and the price was pretty good to boot!
