The ride was great the pilot was a class A professional my wife got claustrophobic and we had to leave her there nobody offered to refund or anything now they were very helpful but still I paid good money for nothing I could see if they had a lot of people in my helicopter but we didn’t great hospitality but you got paid I’m out 400 that’s a lot to swallow
Obviously it's a spectacular wonder of nature and it's pretty hard to stuff it up. I think the ability to fly down into the canyon further to see the scale of above and below would add to the experience. If it's 3000 feet deep, drop down a 1000 or 1500. Hover or move forward slowly then rise and carry on the trip. Obviously some helicopters land inside at the west rim. I'm not saying you need to land but to drop down considerably and rise up would enhance the scale and wow factor.
