Carol was an incredibly knowledgeable and personable guide! It was my family’s first time in Turin and it was extra special since this was the home of our grandmother/great-grandmother. Carol did an excellent job of blending history, culture, art, politics, and geography leaving us with a true appreciation and understanding of the city past and present as well as our own roots. Elena is a true legendary guide. She is own is the best I have ever had! She knows the history of Torino, and made a point to talk about each individual room of the palace and also point out facts and little interesting information throughout the tour. Her knowledge is unbeatable and is able to recall what we said to her during the visit, and relate back to facts that she provided us throughout the tour.
