After pickup, head south to the train cemetery, located 3 km from the city of Uyuni, which is one of the most important attractions of its kind in the world. Your trip continues to the Salar for Colchani, where at the local fair you can buy all kinds of crafts made from salt. Continue to the popular salt mounds, where you will have plenty of time to take unique and spectacular photos. You will have a box lunch with local food in the middle of the salinas and you will be able to taste an excellent selection of high altitude wines. Your adventure continues, visiting the Incahuasi Island, located in the middle of the Salar de Uyuni, where you can appreciate the giant cacti and petrified corals. After a short walk to the top of this island, you will have a 360 degrees view of all the Sal desert. Enjoy the Ojos de Sal and the sunset at the Salinas de Uyuni. Then, spend the night in a deluxe camper van and enjoy a delicious dinner. At night, you will have spectacular views of the Milky Way from the middle of Salar de Uyuni. You will start at approximately 10.00 a.m. and visit the train cemetery before heading to the Great Salt Lake. Along the way, you'll meet the people of Colchani, where you will see an artisan salt processing plant. Then you'll enter Salar de Uyuni and head to Incahuasi Island (known as Fish Island) where you can observe the famous giant cacti. Next, you'll encounter the town of Coqueza located at the foot of Tunupa Volcano the banks of the Salar. You'll spend the night at a salt hotel with private rooms. If time permits, you can head to the banks of the salt flat to witness a breathtaking sunset. After dinner, enjoy an evening walk near the hotel to stargaze. Watch the sunrise from near the hotel followed by an optional breakfast in salar or at the hotel. Then you'll continue the trip to Chandani's art museum, followed by a visit to Coquesa. Here you'll climb to the top of Tunupa Volcano for panoramic views of the salt flats. Next, it's a visit to the cave of mummies before a slow descent to the base of the volcano. Day 1- Transferred to the airport to fly to Uyuni. Land in Uyuni at 8:40 am, be picked up for breakfast. Visit the train cemetery, Colchani, Isla Incahuasi (Giant Cactus Island), enjoy a local lunch and sunset in the Uyuni salt flats, accompanied by a special toast. Sleep at Hotel Boutique Atipax (private room with shower and heating) Day 2 - Travel towards the lagoons of the Bolivian altiplano, visit Ramaditas lagoon, Chiarkota, Hedionda lagoon, meet many pink flamingos, cross the Siloli desert, and discover the charm of the red lagoon, stone tree, volcanic geysers. Day 1: 8:00 pm. You will be transferred from your hotel to the bus terminal, to travel to Uyuni by Bus Cama. Day 2: 7:00 am. You will arrive in Uyuni, you will be picked up and taken to the hotel, to rest, have breakfast and you will be able to take a shower before starting the tour. You will visit the train cemetery, Colchani, artisan shops, salt desert, Incahuasi Island (where the giant cacti are), you will have a local lunch in the middle of the Uyuni salt flat. Later you will watch the sunset accompanied by a toast with local wines. Overnight Hotel Boutique Atipax. Day 3: You will travel in the direction of the Northwest, to visit the Tunupa Volcano, you will meet the Aymara mummies, you will visit the viewpoint of the Tunupa Volcano, you will observe herds of llamas, vicuñas, pink flamingos, wild birds and quinoa fields. You will have lunch, in the open field with views of the volcano and views of the salt desert. Later you will be transferred to Uyuni, to rest and take a bath before traveling by bus. At night you will travel by bus to La Paz. Day 4: You will arrive in La Paz at 6:00 am, you will be transferred to your hotel.
