Communication could be better. I didn't get my pickup time 24 hours in advance but only the evening before. The next day the bus arrived 30 minutes later, without any information and no one could be reached at the number given. But Tulum is definitely worth a trip.

The tour guide spoke English, but only translated almost everything into Spanish. He started every sentence with 2 English words, then replaced them in Spanish and continued speaking in Spanish. When we pointed out to him that he should also translate complete sentences into English because we booked the tour in English, he reacted gruffly and it didn't get any better. Tulum was beautiful, but unfortunately you didn't have much time to see everything in peace because the local restaurant was waiting for you. the cenote was very beautiful, the tiquila tasting was also great. The driver of the bus was great, we would be picked up in Cancun at 7:30 a.m. and dropped off again around 7 p.m.

Louis was a very good bus driver, he navigated even the most difficult sections well. In Tulum itself everything was very confusing, which is why part of our group briefly lost their guide. Nevertheless, it was a successful trip, although a little more time in the ruins would have been better. Information about Mayan culture was understandable and sufficient. Swimming in the cenote was relaxed and beautiful, the tequila tasting was interesting, here I understood what really good tequila is - it has nothing in common with the booze that is often offered.
