Pastor, our guide was probably one of the coolest, most intelligent men I've met in a long time! He MADE the tour! Just a plethora of information on mayan culture, history, and passion. He was so good, I kept thinking about him the rest of my trip hoping I would have him again on a different trip...he was funny, and my favorite part was he took us all to a very secluded cenote and we had it all to ourselves! Damn...this guy's good. I didn't even know how amazing that was until on a later tour, we were hurded in like cattle to a huge cenote that had around 160 tourists all flailing about, really ruining the beauty and majic of the cenote. Anyways, I don't get alot of time to come down to Mexico, and it has been an overdue trip for over 8 years now, but Pastor really was a true honor to have. He's smart, funny, honest, and also really good looking lol. I'd go out of my way to find him again. Thank you Pastor Jen from Chicago

I strongly recommend this tour. Tulum and Cobá are simply fantastic, you cannot miss these places if you visit the Riviera Maya. We had two guides, one of them was Alan (the first I don't remember his name ;( ) and they were simply fantastic. The butterfly cenote was super nice although the water was very cold, but as Alan told us, it is sacred water and it has rejuvenated us, So it was worth it. Only one bad thing to highlight, and that is that there is little free time to see things on your own (especially in Cobá, I highly recommend taking a bicycle or the Mayan transport that they tell you to be able to see everything, since it is VERY big, and also the tour guide cannot enter, so if you go on the Mayan transport, the one who takes you can tell you a little about the story).

All in all a great experience, Alan and Normah were great, knowledgeable and fun to be around. Cons and things to pay attention: The tour separates after Tulum, and heads in Coba in another bus. Before Coba you will be Informed that the government certified tour guides are not welcome inside, so you have to go on your own, being PUSHED, A LOT, to rent a bike or a bike taxi, because you won't have enough time on your own to explore the site. Well, lies. it's 2022, so Google maps it's your best friend in such situations. 25 mins to the end of the site with everything in between, and 25mins back, leaving you time for even a refreshment, no bike scam included :)
