The day didn't start well, we were informed via email we would be picked up between 7 - 8am. We were extremely disappointed when we called at 8.05 and discovered it had been changed to 8:40 and we hadn't been informed. It ended up though that the day was so fantastic we forget all about the late pick up. Rios our guide was so positive and energetic, he really helped make our day unforgettable. Swimming in underground Cenotes, zip lining above the trees, rappelling into water, a tour of Tulum and the most beautiful beach I've ever been to (even if it was very busy) helped make this a magnificent day. I only wish I could zip-line into water more often, it was incredibly fun! The only other niggle is the prices of pictures they took of you on the day, they were quite extortionate. But other than that this day really does have everything, I would recommend it thoroughly to anyone and everyone, it’s well worth doing! Just make sure you check your pick up time.

The main cenote is one of the most impressive nature worlds I have ever seen in my life! It looks and feels like from another world and planet! In addition to the amazing Cenote and underworld snorkeling tour with astonishing formations we were Zip-Lining and Rapelling into another Cenote and through the Maya Jungle - what an amazing day! It was completed by a great lunch and tour through Tulum ancient city - our guides Miguel and Julio were outstanding and very funny & friendly!
