We absolutely loved our tour, especially the experience at the cenotes. The water was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing to swim in and enjoy. The food served at the location is excellent. Inexpensive, delicious, it was truly a taste of authentic Mayan cuisine. Our guide Alejandro (Alex) had been leading tours for over 20 years and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even had advice on where to take the best photos. Transportation to and from the sites was easy and comfortable.

It was a beautiful trip. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because they mixed up my pick up location and I had to pay for a taxi to take me to another hotel for pick up. They also said pick up time is between 8am - 9am but they ended up coming 7:35am which I wasn’t prepared for. Other than that, it was such a beautiful experience learning more about the Mayan Civilization and getting to see the beautiful ruins and beach. Our tour guide person, Ruth Zamora Martinez, was such an amazing person. She is so sweet and patient and she will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy during the trip. I would definitely want her as my tour guide person next time. I absolutely loved it ❤️

Tour was interesting and our guide had extensive knowledge about the sites. There was a good division of guided tour and alone time on the archeological site. Company decided to take us to a different sinkhole, without really explaining a reason for change. Tour got extended for an additional hour, even though most of us wanted to leave.
