Our tour guide, Daniel, was very knowledgeable and very kind. The entire experience was amazing. It rained for us in Chichén Itzá but nothing that could've been avoided. It would be nice if we could've more than 1 hour to swim in the cenote but we got to do a lot of things in 12 hours. They made a mistake with our tour because we purchased the "Early Access" to Chichén Itzá to avoid the heat and crowds but they put us in a different bus, so we ended up going for lunch before going to the ruins (it kind of messed up our experience because in the morning the weather was different and probably it didn't rain) but it was very EASY to reach out to someone over the WhatsApp contact they provide. They were very apologizing and took care of our claim immediately. We even received a partial refund for the mistake. I will definitely book a tour through Get Your Guide again as the experience was good and they managed the issue we had very professionally. Their customer service is great!

Great tour would recommend Food was decent The shops are expensive and i didnt buy anything The info was good from the tour guide Ps if bringing young kids get them to wear something that makes them stand out as a child got lost then found but its so crowded it would be good for the young kids to stand out . Bring an umbrella sunscreen tips for the tour guide and driver water and something to do on the tour bus as its a long journey The cenote was good too

This tour was amazing! With the help of our tour guides Frank and Rodrigo and Alfredo as bus driver it couldn't be any better! They showed us the must-see attractions and gave insides into the Mayas' life from the point of view of a half-Mayan which was fun and stunning at the same time! Really recommend this tour!

What an amazing experience!!! This exhibit transcended any expectations that I could ever have had. The experience touched my soul forever and I am so grateful. Must see and experience when in Tulum!

Really good, so many choices of tours. A lot cheaper than buying in cancun
