7am start from our hotel Bahia Principe near Akumel, although appreciate others on our tour were picked up much earlier. Arriving at Coba around 9.30am the area was quiet with the site to ourselves. Additional fees for cycle hire, entrance taxes etc which we noted other reviews mentioning were all well explained when booking the tour weeks before. Short cycle ride to Coba was easy going and the site most interesting. An hour's drive on to Valladolid allowed 30minute stop to see the Church & square, an ice cream & to stretch the legs before traveling on to the Cenote. Mandatory life jackets and locker use wasn't expensive. Cenote was great, relaxing & refreshing followed by a basic but ok lunch. Mid afternoon we arrived at Chichen Itza. As a Seventh Wonder of the World, it's impressive, with time to view on your own but be aware very hot. Our Guide, Isaac, was Brilliant throughout. Excellent knowledge, Spanish and English spoken. Overall a not to miss trip, about 13hrs start to finish

nice experience. Apolinar was our guide and did a fantastic job. Coba: 1.5 hours on your own, take the bikes to get most out of it. a little tight to see everything... short stop in Valladolid to see a church. not so impressive, but a nice fountain outside. short stop at a restaurant/market (20 min shop - 40 min buffet lunch - nothing special to eat). Chichen Itza (1.5-2 hours) - Apolinar walked around with us and explained a lot! very insightful! (Tip: If you buy something, don't accept the initial price, but negotiate - unless it's only 1.00 $. got them down to 60% of initial offer, but maybe you can get it even cheaper...) Cenote: 1h15 - the earlier you get there, the better as the later it gets, more and more people start to swarm in...so make sure to stick to the proposed timing during the tour... Noteworthy, in the email confirmation it says to be 20 min earlier than the pick-up time to be sure. I recommend doing that! Left Cancun at 5am - back in Cancun 9:30pm

It was a good sample tour of different things. Chichen Itza was great , Coba was good, but needed more time there. The cenote was beautiful and Valladolid was a quick 20 mins stop to see the church and square. The guide was great and knowledgeable. The bus ride was pretty comfortable. I think worst part was buffet, forces you to buy drink and the shopping there was way overpriced
