Full description
Visit 3 of the most beautiful Aeolian Islands on this day tour from Tropea. Climb aboard the comfortable excursion boat to start your adventure. Your first destination is Vulkano, the southernmost island whose sulphur baths are known for their medicinal properties. Spend 90 minutes on the island and explore it as you wish before continuing on the tour. On the largest Aeolian Island of Lipari, you can enjoy the sight of colorful fishing boats in the harbor and admire the views of the city. The castle towers high above the town, and the streets either side are decorated with flowers of the Marina Corta and Marina Lunga districts. Further inland you will find caper bushes, pumice stone mines, and fantastic viewpoints. You have the option of taking a bus tour or exploring the island on your own. Afterwards you will head to the volcanic island of Stromboli with one of the highest volcanoes in Europe. Watch the fantastic eruptions with plumes of smoke and let yourself be drawn under the spell of this natural spectacle. Visit the village of San Vincenzo, which attracted Ingrid Bergman and Rossellini. Stroll through the small boutiques and souvenir shops, enjoy an “aperitifo”, or bathe in the crystal-clear water.

a very interesting tour , so much to see , very well organized. The only thing that was not very satisfying - the tour was mostly in Italian as most of the group were italians, we got some help in English- but it was probably 1/4 of info tht was told in Italian ... that was disappointing , but the rest was really nice.

The trip is very long, full day and the islands are visited for a maximum of 1 hour and a half, 2 hours in Lipari where we stop for lunch. All in all, the visiting hours are sufficient to visit the islets of Stromboli and Vulcano. For Lipari an extra hour was needed but the boat trip is long.

Incredible trip. Great islands, delicious food. As soon as we head towards Lipari, an extension trip around Lipari is offered, was not an option for us because the whole trip takes 1 hour. We then easily spent 1 hour on the island and explored a lot and still left out a lot. Ate delicious and then it went on. So if you want to eat something in peace you should skip the extra lap. If you just want to snack on something small, you can think about it. Vulcano was also a lot of fun. In the sea, the hot air bubbles up through the sand, I was happy about the bubbles like a little boy: D The stays were also well planned. I had booked the trip here beforehand, it was cheaper than many others on site and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with the trip. It worked. The dolphin at the end of the trip on the way to the mainland was the icing on the cake. It was an incredibly great trip.
