It was great, Marius and Hasan keep us updated at all times before the tour and informed us the change of departure time before the tour (this may happen when the day light is longer like our case). Things to pay attention, there are no toilets on the tour, but you are prompted before the departure. We are also offered different options when we did not see the lights the first time and it was followed up immediately the next day along with all the pictures taken. An enjoyable experience in the nature if you want to capture great pictures for Northern lights.

Experience a thrilling hunt for the northern lights with local aurora hunters as your guides. Marvel at the stunning Arctic scenery and stay warm during the trip with included thermal suits, a warm meal, hot drinks, and typical Norwegian snacks.

Meet your guide in Tromsø city center, then begin your breathtaking journey into the surrounding mountains, fjords, and valleys. Along the way, make stops to take photos of the stunning scenery and unique nature, as well as to check if the aurora borealis can be seen.

Travel in a minibus so you can reach remote and distant places in the countryside. And don't worry about the cold temperatures: insulated whole-body suits are provided to keep you warm.

During the tour, your guide will take photos that will be shared with you after the trip, free of charge. Make use of the extra tripods for your camera during the evening too.

Savor a warm meal, hot drinks, and Norwegian snacks around a warming bonfire. After the tour, your guide will take you directly to your hotel or apartment.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. This was maybe the best experience we had in Tromso. Maurice was phenomenal and absolutely put in 200% effort! He drove us about an hour and 45 mins out of Tromso so that we could see the lights. We were blessed with a very active night and were able to see the Aurora for about 2 hours as she danced through the sky and he was working so hard to capture great pictures of each group and of the Aurora and make sure everyone got hot drinks and food. It was an amazing capstone to our trip. It sounds like Maurice and the team know lots of locations to get around the weather and if you’re lucky with activity that they’ll give you the best chance they can to not only see the lights but also to take great photos of you with them. The food and transportation were great also! The drive flew by with excellent music choices. Seeing the Aurora against the backdrop of the Norwegian mountains was a true once in a lifetime experience!
