Tromsø: Husky Sled Self-Drive with Traditional Lunch

Experience the wilderness of Tromsø from the most authentic perspective on a half-day dog sled experience. Learn the art of mushing and let a team of husky dogs pull you across the snow.

Jump aboard the sled and shout the command to make the dogs move. Each sled will be pulled by our trained athletic dogs but don't forget, sometimes you will have to help them out and push a sled a little bit. Feel the fresh air on your face and get incredible views along the way.

Each sled is shared with a passenger, and at the half-way mark you will get the chance to swap places. Return to camp for a warm meal and time around an open fire of delicious Bidos, a traditional Sami reindeer stew.
Sip on something hot to drink and a piece of signature chocolate cake will await you in the Gamme-hut (vegetarian options available by prior request).
