Spending the night in a crystal lavvo is a one-of-a-kind experience not to miss! Everything is well organized, we were picked up with the larger group in Tromsø, transferred by bus and ferry to get to our final location. They have thermal suites and boots, but we brought our own just in case. We went snowshoeing and snowmobiling - both were great fun! The food was really good, plus tea/coffee whenever you want, the house is open 24/7 which is also where the toilet is. Even though it was very cloudy and we didn't see the northern lights, it was still totally worth sleeping in the crystal lavvo. The wood stove keeps it toasty warm and is easy to manage (we slept really well), there's outlets, & no overhead light but there is a candlelight. You have plenty of time to enjoy the property between activities, and a campfire in the evening. Everybody working there is super accommodating and easy-going. Highly recommend this experience while in Tromsø, well worth it!

This was by far the best activity we experienced in Norway and perhaps anywhere in the world. The organizers were prompt and communicated everything very well. We arrived at the property and were on the second group of snow mobilers. This was great because we got to snow shoe up the mountain and enjoy some fabulous views. It also meant that we were snow mobiling at sunset and the views were spectacular. The meals served were delicious and for dessert, we were served up a night sky of northern lights. One note of caution, the Lavvos can get very hot and you may not get a ton of sleep between keeping the fire going and watching the northern lights.

Everyone was hospitable, caring, and attentive. Was a joy to meet and talk to the guides there. Both the snowmobile and snowshoeing was a blast! The food and deserts were exceptional! And the aurora was more than i could ever expect! Would highly recommend it and would likely do it again!
