from the allocation of the bus from the starting, to introduction by guide, Aneta to our bus driver, everything was great and Aneta was very responsive an enquiries, provided us great information on Northern lights, locations etc. she was a expert in spotting beautiful locations of AuRora. in total, we stopped by 3 places to catch the aurora and every spot was beautiful and magnificent. toilet stops was 2 stops and bus driver was also helpful in asking about whether are we cold and offering extra jackets. we had a camp fire to keep us warm and some delicious hot chocolate drinks, marshmallows and cookies for us. Big Thank you to Aneta and the black bus driver (didn't catch his name, sorry) for doing all you could to let us catch these beautiful experience!!
Yesterday there was a very little chance to see the northen lights, we were informed by the company that we can leave the bus and get our money back, but also they gave us the possibility to stay, they were super honest and we really appreciate it. At the we stayed and it was the best decision we could make, we saw a beautiful aurora dancing in the sky, our guide Vanessa and our driver Jacob were super nice and we had a great time. The bonfire was also super fun and they actually took us to the airbnb we were staying at. I would totally recommend you to book your tours with polar adventures. Was incredible!
