    Full description

    Go in search of the magnificent Northern Lights on a guided photography tour. Depart from Tromsø and drive out into beautiful remote scenery in a custom-built 4x4 tour van. Most of the time this is a short drive to the surrounding coastal islands of Tromsø, or if needed a long drive into Finland. Upon reaching suitable skies, set up camp for the evening. Warm up around the roaring campfire, whilst getting to know fellow travelers. Enjoy a hearty homemade soup, cookies, and hot beverages. You will also be provided with everything you may need to survive in the arctic temperatures.

    If you bring your own camera, you will be provided with the use of quality tripods. Learn from your guides how to get the most out of your photographs. All the photos the guides take of you and the Auroras will be shared with you the very next day at no extra charge.

      • This tour is not recommended for people with limited mobility
      • Northern Lights Sunset: Autumn (end August - beginning September), Spring (end March - April). During these times it is possible to see the Aurora, but it may appear weaker, as the nights are brighter and shorter.
      • Moon Phase: Visiting around new moon will give you the darkest skies, causing the Northern Lights to appear stronger, and on clear nights filling the sky with stars. Whilst during full moon, the Aurora may appear fainter, but illuminates the landscapes which can make for very effect-full photographs.

      Got a beautiful view of the lights in Finnland! Nicolas was very friendly and an amazing guide!He made as a camp fire and told as a little story about the Aurora Ana dhow it is created. The feeling being out in the mountains in the middle of the night was exciting! A very nice experience just to drive out of Tromso into the mountains and of course seeing the beautiful Aurora!

      I booked this tour at the end of January and it was just great. Loved the tour, the guide was very friendly and the activity was super nice, we got to see the northern lights!. What I love about this company is that they are environmental friendly and the vegan soup is just amazing (I did not know that when I first booked the tour, but of course I would recommend it even more so now) they also provide you with warm clothing which was more than welcome when being up there looking for the auroras and chatting away

      A legszebb égi jelenség aminek valaha részese lehettünk! Távol a turista csoportoktól, kis személyre szabott kirándulás keretében 1 órára a központtól. Meleg ruhákkal ellátva és finom házi étellel, süteménnyel, tea/kv és tábortűz. Ezzel a hangulattal néztük végig az egyik legszebb égi jelenséget ami csak szabadszemmel látható! Nagyon nagy szerencsénk volt mert hihetetlen Aurora Boralis aktivitásban volt részünk! Ez idő alatt Tusen elmesélte a tudnivalókat a jelenségről. Nagyon jó "baráti" társaságban élvezhettük a látványt! A vezető nagyszerű képeket készített rólunk és az Aurora Boralisról, hogy jó minőségben tekinthessünk vissza idővel is. Ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a kis létszámú programot, mert nem 20-30 turistával nyomorogva élheted át ezt az élményt, hanem maximum 8-an, és így nem kell másokhoz sem alkalmazkodnod!
