The best thing we did on our whole trip. This was worth every dollar we spent!!!! The experience never felt too “kitschy” as I thought coming from the US, I expected petting zoo vibes. It was incredible & we learned so much about the culture. All of the people involved were so so kind & welcoming. A must book!

It was a nice day. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. Enjoyed feeding the reindeer. The sleigh ride was fun. Sami portion was in a Sami tent near a cozy fire. Lots of interesting stories. Reindeer stew was pretty good. Vegetarian option was better for me. Bought some souvenirs. I'm glad we took the tour. Didn't see a choice to select traveling with adult son. Please add more choices or a box to type information.

Booked this before going on a cruise. The pick up point is right by where the shuttle bus from cruise dropped us off, it was very efficient. The Reindeer camp was about 30 mins away, where we were given buckets of feed to feed the reindeer, there was hot drinks n biscuits available throughout. We then did a 10 min sled ride, which was at a very gentle pace, it started snowing while we were out, but we were snug enough on our sled with a blanket over us and the ride was magical. The staff also take photos of you with your own phone / camera. We then went inside to have a bowl of hot stew / a vegetarian option is available and an interesting talk by a Sami person before your transfer back to Tromso
