Full description
This tour is led by a passionate, professional, experienced and easy going team that will take you to the most aesthetically pleasing spots. Before picking you up from the meeting place, your guide will carefully analyze the weather forecast in order to take you to the areas where the clearest sky is expected during that night. Tromsø is a great place to start the chase. It is located nearby many microclimates where the weather conditions vary from the ones in Tromsø. Once a proper location to observe the Aurora Borealis has been found, the bonfire begins. The menu consists of hot drinks, lamb or soy sausages, and cookies. Your group will be small so everyone can get to know each other, and you can get the most out of the experience. Thermal suits and heat packs are provided to make sure that you stay warm and cozy during the tour. Your guides are passionate about photography, especially when it comes to taking the night shots of the Northern Lights. All pictures taken during the tour will be sent to you the next day. You are more than welcome to bring your own camera and use your guide's tripods. The tour usually takes from 6 up to 9 hours depending on the weather conditions.

All the tour was just perfect. Our group was very lucky to see the Northern Lights just at the beginning, the driver stopped on the road so we can go out and take pictures. The two guys, Max and Micheal were very kind, offered clothes, warm drinks, Norwegian food, and explained plenty of stories about the northern lights! Moreover, after the first stop, we headed to the initial destination, and there we saw even better northern lights where we could take more shots! Also, the two guides did an amazing job by taking pictures of ourselves as many times as we wanted, and their technique is very very nice. They are very experienced, and they love their job, and you can see in their eyes that they are happy to share this passion with you. Amazing experience will never forget.

On a small stretch of beach on Kvaloya we were very lucky with a beautiful aurora borealis. The campfire with hot drinks and reindeer sausages as well as cookies was a bonus. Our driver Andre was very nice and got us safely through the night. Our guide Harry told a lot of interesting things about the Northern Lights, provided everyone with photo tips and took great souvenir photos of us. Definitely recommendable
