We were not lucky to see the northern lights on the first day, however the Arctic guide services offered us a 50% discount for the next day trip. Fortunately, we saw the lights on the second day. The guide took us all the way to the Finland boarder to see the lights and also helped us to set the phone camera settings in the right way to capture the Northern Lights. Highly recommend this tour and the travel agent.

The Northern lights are a natural phenomenon, and no guarantee can be given by the tour operator that you will see the lights. However, the tour guide will do the utmost to ensure that you get to see some lights. The guide also explains that the pictures of Northen lights in the guidebooks are not always what you eye will see, and the best views and colours are sometimes from pictures taken on your camera.

The beauty of the roads from tromsø to Camp Tamok didn't miss single second to amaze us. I was little bit sad after watching dog sledding and snowmobile group as i couldn't book before all were taken. But the guide for our event Emmy was just like a blinking star.Her positive energetic, smiley, friendly, supportive attitude made me forget all and full my soul with happiness. She took us to a nice snowshoeing. Then we made fire and prepare food in snow. She even brought some Marshmello as desert. On the way we met reindeers. Afterward Icedomes visit with short film, ice shot and history of exploring poles were cool. Completely happy with the trip and definitely can recommend. At the end special thanks to Emmy to make us feeling like we were walking with a charming friend not a commanding guide.
