This was a brilliant tour. Very factual and interesting. Eugenia was an excellent tour guide, explaining things clearly and interestingly. She knows a lot about Trieste. Definitely do this tour!
Loved our guided tour with Jerome. He and his wife are a partnership. We thought we were getting her, but it ended up being him and he was wonderful. He is French, but grew up in Australia, However, his wife is from the area and Jerome knows all of his facts and figures and had some very interesting anecdotes to tell. He was super easy-going and flexible. He thought I was signing up for one person, but meanwhile, we ended up being 13 and he just laughed and went with it. Trieste is a little hidden gem that is just now awakening after a long nap and is definitely worth a visit.
