We had the most delightful evening in our host’s beautiful home. We were a family of ten. The table setting was lovely. The food demo was fun and then the dinner……Absolutely delicious!! It was Interesting local Cuisine and exquisitely prepared. It was accompanied by wonderful local Trento wines, too. We loved our hosts! Paolo had us laughing most of the night with wonderful stories! His wife spoke little English and I speak NO Italian, yet we were able to communicate and have fun together! I highly recommend this terrific cultural experience! Delicious meal with wonderful people and great conversation!

Exquisite lunch with all its typical local cuisine dishes. Cooking demo much appreciated. Costanza is an excellent cook and she and her husband welcomed us into their beautiful home. Very nice location in the middle of the vineyards. As the only area for improvement, it could be appreciated to combine a different local wine with each course, but what was offered to us was still excellent. Super recommended experience.
