Fresh pasta, locally produced cured meats and cheeses, discovering the secrets to replicating dishes with authentic flavor at home. But local cuisine is not limited only to pasta. Guests will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare iconic dishes such as pizza, a crunchy, golden delicacy that enchants the palates of adults and children.
