You will be met by our tour guide at your hotel and transferred by electric car to our parking lot where you learn and get familiar with how to ride on Electric Scooter. On arrival at Mai Home Hoi An Cooking Class & Restaurant in Trà Quế, enjoy welcome drink with local herbs then stroll around the vegetable garden with your guide to learn the traditional farming ways in growing organic herbs and vegetables with seaweed which is exploited from the nearby river. Cooking some of the famous local dishes such as “Banh Xeo” Pancake, Green Papaya and Banana Salad, “Ram” Fried rolls( or Fresh Springrolls ), Fish cooked in Claypot with the guidance of the chef.
