This afternoon tea cruise on the Thames was well worth the money. The selection of cakes and sandwiches were very nice and plentiful. The actual cruise itself took a lot in and the cruise commentator was both very informative and entertaining. Would certainly consider using again when next in London.

A lovely activity to do as a couple or large group. You spend the first section of the journey inside the boat having afternoon tea, then the last half you have the opportunity to go on to the top of the boat for a guided tour along the Thames. One thing that could be improved is to have tea pots on the table so you can have another cup when you want rather than waiting for the waiters to come back around.

The whole experience was very good. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The river cruise aspect was excellent too. The only reason I am rating this good rather than excellent is that the scones looked very "mass produced" and the pastry case of the strawberry tart was very soggy. I accept that they were catering for nearly 100 people, that said the sandwiches were lovely and fresh and the fillings were generous. We were also offered numerous top ups of tea and coffee. We had chosen a bottle of rose between the three of us which we considered good value. Despite my criticism, I would recommend this afternoon tea cruise for someone wanting to do something a little different in London. Embarkation was very smooth and the Tower Pier is easy to get to.
