We thought the whole experience was brilliant, from the moment we boarded the staff were always friendly & helpful, we had a lovely window seat, the afternoon tea arrived in good time & was delicious. The real time commentary was informative with some humour added & didn’t go on & on. Our only slight gripe would be the air conditioning could’ve been better. It was a quite warm day so we were getting quite hot having our food but even then once we finished we went up on deck where we could cool down. All in all though a lovely afternoon & I’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone😊😊😊

This exceeded my expectations in every way. The view was excellent, the cream tea wa lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The commentary - given by one of the crew - was also terrific, getting the level of content and pacing just right, along with gentle humour. I would recommend this to anyone

Overall a very enjoyable experience my only criticism would be that the Service was a bit slow but it was understaffed so not much can be done about that. Commentary was very entertaining
