This is a top-notch day trip. Excellent in every way! These two chateau's are some of the best to see, and we were so delighted by the venue and with the guide, Alex. She spoke excellent English and was multi-lingual for the others in the group. She gave very informative talks that were super helpful; she was courteous and professional. She drove us in a 9 seater van, and with just 8 of us total, it was a great way to explore. Chambord and Chenonceau were fabulous, and the bonus of the family castles was fabulous! The meal and the way it was served was delightful. This is by far one of the best tours ever taken! Worth every dime. There's no better way to explore these.

Beautiful château and well worth a visit! Situated on the Cher river and setting is magnificent. If you have audio guides ( which we didn’t) you are prohibited from leaving the château to the other side of river where you can get lovely photos. We loved Diane’s garden and you can get a quick coffee from kiosk next to restaurant which was good and quick.

A very special experience, no rush on weekday mornings. You should take your time, not just walk from room to room and take as many photos as possible. The flowers in the vases are fresh and give off a wonderful scent. Information leaflets are available in various languages, the signs are written in French and English. Parking is free.

Amazing day with a wonderful guide, highly recommend! Excellent winery visit and trips to the chateaus/castles with the custom commentary from our guide was excellent. Our party of 3 loved it!

Excellent! Our guide was from the local area and very knowledge and spoke excellent English. She was excellent in describing all the finer details of the area and the Chateau's.
