The place is beautiful and everything is very well organized. The schedule is a bit different then indicated and we visited the town where the basically just bring you to town, a early morning boat ride in the national park and a guided hike which just follows a path behind the hotel. Then there is an optional hike where they charge you again 30$ and you walk to a nice hill where you get a great view. And the last afternoon is free so you can do what you want. For what you pay and what you get it‘s not really worth it since the only nice tour was the boat ride in the morning. The big advantage is that everything is very well organized to get there and back. Also I booked the tour as a solo traveler and ended up with only couples on their honeymoon ;)

It was a special experience to stay in hey rainforest for 3 days. The canal tour was fantastic! Seen a lot. You really need a guide otherwise you will miss the most beautiful animals. The village of Tortugeuro was disappointing, very touristy (of course). The hike in the jungle fell was a walk on a paved path on private property. Felt a bit "fake". Saw a sloth and a toucan. Restaurant was mediocre. Rooms were ok. Further facilities, swimming pool and bar were fine. We found the place and the environment most special: water, jungle and nothing else. We were there in May, unfortunately there were no turtles, because I would like to go back for that.

It was exciting to have this tour. I was satisfied with the main program and the guider. The lodge facility was also reasonnable and the meals were not delicate but was OK considering the location of the lodge.

Breathtaking environment. Super many exotic animals spotted by the expertise of the fun guide Julio. The lodge where we slept was also well organized in terms of food and excursions. Top

The guide Marceille Valentine was extremely professional and friendly, knowledgeable and real lover of nature. It was one of the best guides we have ever met.
