Tour Organisor was top notch with the communication. I ran into problems with my rental car and could not make the original date but manager Enzo got in touch to organise a later date. Then ran into traffic problems en route to Pompei for the second date and they waited an additional half an hour for me which i still did no make it. Proceeded to buy my own entrance ticket then and Enzo again got in touch with instructions on how to join the tour guide, Elisa. Elisa was funny, entertaining and knowledgable about the ruins and welcomed us into their group with no drama. Highly recommended to book with them
