Full description

Hop on and off open-top double-decker buses to explore the best of Toronto at your own pace. See all of Toronto’s top historic and contemporary attractions on board and hop on and off at any of the 20 stops.  Learn about the city from your live guide or multilingual audio tour commentary. During the summer months (June to October), see the sights from a different perspective aboard an included complimentary harbor cruise.  During summer, the vehicles are mainly open-top double-deckers buses that afford you the best possible view of Toronto. During the late fall and winter, or when the weather happens to be cold or wet, enjoy a cozy, comfortable trolley instead. Although these vehicles aren’t open-top, they are loaded with wide windows and they’re a great way to see and photograph Toronto’s sights in style. Also enjoy a free harbor cruise, another fantastic way of seeing the city from a different aspect.

It's a great activity that I recommend. However, the unilingual side (English) of the guide does not allow those who do not speak this language to fully understand the historical information shared. In addition, the multilingual stations offered are not related to the presentation of the guide. These are pre-recorded information that are not always representative of what the guide is talking about at the moment. At the end of this activity, don't hesitate to go to Little Canada (located at 10 Dundas) which opened less than a year ago.

Fantastic way to see the city and hear about the history and interesting places to go. The ability to use the pass for 24 hours was a great feature especially if you started late and wanted to continue into the next day. Being able to hop on and off the bus and avoid the hassle of navigating the city, getting close to special attractions or finding parking was a super bonus! The guides are great and personable. The only challenge was they are so popular, there were insufficient buses for the number of people who signed up so if you waited at a stop for a bus to come, it might be full and unable to take you which is challenging with the excessive heat being experienced. Either cap the no of people based on active tickets or increase the number of buses available as rush hour occurs because if you can’t get on the one that stops at your stop, you could be waiting an hour to catch the next one due to traffics. Even still, it is a great way to see the city and the bonus cruise was great!

Lots of history and information. Each hop off location takes 2+ hours so you have to be strategic when deciding what to see. Some sights, Casa Roma, CN Tower, etc require admission tickets so plan ahead. Traffic is also an issue, it takes at least two hours to make it from stop 1 and return there.
