Very good way to get a glimpse of the falls in a day while still having the evening to enjoy yourself in Toronto. That said, I wouldn't mind a little more time being able to hang around the amusement area of the falls and Niagara on the Lake. Always seemed like there wasn't enough time to take everything in. The guide was nice and pretty laid back, though I did have a little trouble understanding him through his accent.
We were having a family birthday celebration for family members and friends ranging in age from 9 to 95 and all thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing and the commentary. The guys on the boat were super friendly and accommodating and when I needed to make some changes to our reservation prior to the trip, your rep was very helpful.
The co-captain provided a very entertaining guide of the harbour and islands with extensive knowledge of the history. We got to see parts of the island we had never seen before and from a different perspective.
Very friendly driver/guide. We were in town for a medical procedure and didn’t know the city at all, the booking staff could have been a little nicer when I was asking questions. Other than that it was great.
I’m glad that I made it to go to Niagara Falls even though it’s last minute. Thanks Queens Tour for making this happen, the bus came on time and went for few stops and got back to the city before 5pm.
