Very glad we decided on this tour! We recommend it without a doubt! Getting to know the Kensington-neighborhood through the different dishes was very fascinating! Jusep brims over with enthusiasm for food and travelling the world – we learned a lot about Toronto, many surprising countries and had a lot of fun! If you are shy when it comes to foreign cuisines and authentic, maybe inconspicuous, restaurants or cafes, go with him (or his colleguages)! Last but not least: Jusep is very caring (wet wipes before fingerfood, consideration of the language barrier and our personal interests, great recommendations etc.). 10/10 from us – you won’t leave hungry! Thank you!
The tour guide was early, which was awesome. It was a rainy, cold Toronto day but our tour guide was still a ray of sunshine. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of the history and cultural info. The food was great. We were full when we left, couldn’t even eat dinner. We are so thankful that we picked this particular tour. He was very thoughtful and considerate. He even brought us ponchos.
We were very pleased with our tour of Kensington Market & Chinatown. Our tour guide knew quite a bit about each area and offered suggestions on things we could do in each area based on our likes/dislikes. He was friendly, available (even during a cold downpour), and eager to show us around. It's nice to see a side of a city that is normally unexposed to travelers.
Sam the Tour Guide was highly knowledgable and made the tour a really interactive experience. We had a lovely group of customers too - everyone got on and had fun together. Highly recommend and ask for Sam.....))
I was really glad that I had taken the walking tour of Toronto with Mike Carter. It was not just an experience in Toronto but an experience in Canada. He has a wealth of experience and is very good at using it.
