Overall, the trip and experience was excellent. Getting to Niagara was flawless, there was a number of issues with traffic getting back to Toronto. Our driver Michael was aware of the highway closures before we got to that particular part, so a detour was made and we were dropped off at a train station to finish the journey. This might seem out of the ordinary or whatever, but in my opinion, Michael did the right thing here as we would've been stuck on the highway not moving for hours (I didn't want this as it was my final night in Toronto before flying back to London), so.. top man, Mickey Boy! :) First class experience overall, with a bit of adventure thrown in at the end.
They are the best! I booked the day before and Michael did everything to arrange the pick up at the hotel. He was always checking with us! And Tony was the best driver/tour guide, super friendly and punctual!Even when we have a problem to come back to downtown (highway was close on thanks giving) they manage everything perfectly to help us. Thank you guys, it was an amazing experience!
The tour was great. Pickup was just a little late but it was easy to call and confirm the driver was on his way. The tour guide was very nice, knowledgeable and informative. I wish we had a little more time at the falls and Niagara on the Lake, but overall it was well worth it. We're definitely going back in the future and spending more time now that we know what is there.
Disappointed to waste time to visit a winemaker before Niagara. I would like to use this time for the Niagara. On the way back the driver put all out on the metro station. Exscuse it will take longer regarding the traffic. On Google drive I checked it shows just 5 minutes longer as planned. Metro ticket need to buy myself. The boat tour was amazing and the Niagara place.
The actual tour itself was excellent, actually 5 stars. However, due to a bus pickup change at the Greyhound Terminal on Bay Street, I almost missed the tour. :( I waited at the designated place, but the bus didn't show up there. Had I not taken the initiative to ask, I would definitely have missed the tour. Not cool.
