Our guide was really good. Seemed like an ex art history professor or something when he was explaining the El Greco painting. I wish I'd caught his name to include it here. The whole experience was good—timely, well-paced with several free blocks of time where you can do your own thing. In retrospect, I do think 90€ per person is honestly too much though, but if convenience and efficiency is important, it's a solid tour.

Enrique did an excellent job of explaining the complex history of Madrid in short but great explanations! His English was very good. He was entertaining and fun. He answered all our questions well & gave recommendations for restaurants & sights! He is passionate about Madrid!

We had a great day with Oscar as our guide - very knowledgeable and well paced delivery. Great bus, very clean and comfortable. We saw everything we wanted with just enough free time to check out the Alcazar. Well worth the expense compared to trying to do the tour yourself (eg by catching train to Toledo) including the fact you get some commentary and valuable history on the bus trip to/from Toledo as well as initial bus tour around the city.
