The staff had no clue what to do with our tickets. The app said we would need to exchange for tickets, but whenever the staff tried to scan the QR codes it would come up with an error message. We were waiting a good 15-25 minutes whilst they tried to figure out what to do. Eventually they let us up to the tower. The views are amazing from the tower

It would’ve been nice to double-check with photos for the option of a second try at the top deck in case it wasn’t the way you wanted it. My photo was a bit botched. It was snapped after I had held a pose too long and got tired, and someone’s reflection in the window had shown up in the photo. So now I have a weird ghost. Speaking of ghosts, granted it’s October and Halloween is coming up, once you enter the main deck, there was slightly loud Halloween-themed music and lights right in the entrance. It wasn’t a good place to take photos because you would have projected ghosts on your face. Once you walk around the deck, though, it wasn’t present. So it’s good it didn’t take up all of the space. Also, good thing that I didn’t expect: bathrooms. Both decks have them. The top deck has wait times, so you’ll see people sitting around. I was confused at first why people were just chilling. It was a fun experience overall. Walking up to the Tower felt so grand.

Enjoyable, especially the glass floor, however the Get your Guide app never offered the chance to go to the higher floor, I stood in line waiting to go to a floor I did not have access to. Probably better to buy tickets there so you know what you're getting.
