Mathilde was absolutely fantastic. She even brought us to other spots that weren't in the actual tour but really should be! We gave 4 Stars because Get Your Guide should really, really, really get rid of the last stop. The food took long to come and when it did it was very underwhelming. Otherwise the tour was great and I would recommend it to any other vegan four sure.

Amazing tour and highly recommend. Firas met us at our hotel and took us on an incredible trip around Tokyo. We started with our local area and then went for a gluten free lunch, which he did an excellent job confirming it was safe for my partner to eat. The rest of the time was filled with his insight to Tokyo and taking us to popular areas with a locals knowledge of interesting unique places to visit near by. Can not recommend enough especially for gluten free (coeliac) people. Firas is really friendly amd helpful and offered to phone other restaurants for us to check if they were gluten free safe for the remainder of our trip. Thank you Firas. He also gave us recommendations of what to do with some of our other days in the city and elsewhere.

We got a personalised tour on our last day in Tokyo with all the must see’s! We had a great time and an amazing guide, showing us some of the districts and also taking his time with us, by bringing us to various shops and historical monuments as well as getting to know us, in order to make our tour better for us. He truly will take the time for you to try and make it as amazing for you as he can. You can tell that he’s very passionate about what he does and Japan as a whole. When we’re back in Tokyo, we’ll definitely be booking again!
