The device will be delivered to your hotel in Japan. If you're staying at an Airbnb or some guest houses you may need to pick it up at the provider's shop in Harajuku or a post office.

Know before you go
- Late returns: charge of JPY700 per day.
- Lost devices: flat fee of JPY25,000.
- Only hotels and hostels are eligible for delivery. Home/House accommodations not accepted.
- Confirm your hotel reservation before delivery. Provide check-in date and name. If a problem arises, the supplier will contact you via email.
- If a reservation is made later than 12:00 PM (Japan Time) on the previous day, it may not be possible to deliver the device in time.
- For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu, please reserve at least 1 week in advance.
- If service to Haneda or Narita Airport (Terminal 1 or 2) or New Chitose or Centrair is desired, pick-up is only possible from the post offices there during open hours (Not available for Kansai,Fukuoka and Naha airport).
- Reservations for airport pick-up must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- When making a reservation, note that the number of "participants" refers to the number of Wifi routers. If only 1 device is required please select "1."
