Meet your guide in a nearby location and follow them to the heya, the sumo stable where the wrestlers train and live.
You will have the chance to see real sumo wrestlers train in this traditional Japanese sport in a morning session for either 100 or 150 minutes. Observe these titans of men in an intimate and authentic location and see close-up how these men became the masters of this uniquely Japanese sport.
