Amazing experience, a great insight into the world of sumo… their physical strength and training regime is something to see…. Just wish we had a cushion to sit on as it was a long time sitting in one place and not being able to move!! Fabulous experience and would highly recommend doing this
The sumo wrestlering and warm up was great. you could see the wrestlers really going for it and the sweat coming off them. I could have quite happily watched for another hour. fantastic activity and recommended if your in japan
