The train was a mix of extremely busy to being able to get a seat. We made a few station Choice errors. But with this card it didn't effect our budget at all. Just went to next station and tried E again . Highly recommend buying this card through this portal and easily exchange at the first metro train station

I got the 72-hour subway ticket, which activates from the time you collect it. If you run into any issues, speak to a station officer or head to a major station like Shinagawa. You might need a translation app to help with communication. On the second day, my ticket developed a fault (the chip was broken), so it triggered an alarm every time I tried to use it—especially frustrating at night when there were no officers around. The next day, I spoke to an officer at Ichigaya Station who advised me to exchange it at a major station like Shibuya. I followed the advice, and at Shibuya they confirmed the fault and replaced the ticket for free, since it was still valid.
