Frank was very knowledgeable and easy going; I had a great time walking from shop to shop discussing the city and it’s good culture with him and my fellow travelers. We tried six delicious and vastly different ramens that were thoroughly explained and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo!

This was my favorite tour we did all week in Tokyo. Frank, our guide was awesome! He explained everything you could ever want to know about ramen and even had laminated cards and an iPad explaining the differences. I love ramen but had no idea how many different varieties there are. We got to pick 2 out of 4 recipes from the 3 different ramen shops we visited so needless to say, come hungry because you will be full after 6 quarter size bowls. Two of the shops were in Shibuya and the third was in Ebisu, one stop away on the subway.

I loved this fun and unique tour. There are so many ramen restaurants in Tokyo that it is almost impossible to know which ones are the best. I loved that this tour took care of that for me. I also loved the ramen education that Frank provided and the opportunity to try five different types of ramen from classic to unusual. I am so happy to have found this tour and very highly recommend it.
