Ms. Yoshi met us at the arrival point and was very helpful right from assisting us to get our JR passes issued and making our first train reservation to helping us with our first convenience store purchases and getting familiar with the local currency to liaising and connecting with the driver of the private taxi we had hired. She kept offering us her services for anything else that we might need. Her English communications was fair but we understood each other perfectly. This is a great service for visitors to Japan. It was great to be met at Narita after a delayed and long flight. Your guide was very helpful with our rail tickets into Tokyo Station and for the next day to Takamatsu. A highly recommended service.
