This is our first time in Japan and we highly recommend choosing this tour! This trip was wonderful! Wennie is a fantastic tour guide, she’s high energy, very sweet, informative and our tour bus driver is very kind and lenient towards those of us who ran a bit behind because we were so enamored with all the different sights to see! Things to note; -wear comfortable walking shoes (you will be walking a lot and on uneven paths) -bring cash (some of the local shops only accept cash) -bring a portable phone charger because you WILL be taking a lot of videos/photos! -lastly, have a great time! :) 10/10 recommend this tour!

It was a fantastic day trip for a good price. We did more than we originally thought. Gassyo village was the best part of the tour. It was so quiet and peaceful. Our guide was very helpful and clear and the bus was very comfortable. It couldn’t be any better. Thank you!

Full description

Join us for a journey and discover the Mount Fuji's Scenic Splendor, including natural beauty, Japanese history and culture, offering a perfect escape for the soul and a feast for the senses.

Start from Tokyo, first station is Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba.

As a classic Japanese village of traditional thatched-roof houses at the foot of Mount Fuji, with thatched-roof atmosphere, it offers an authentic taste of Japan's cultural heritage.

Next, we’ll head to Oishi Park at Lake Kawaguchiko.

By the lake, you can enjoy the grandeur of Mount Fuji and the tranquility of nature. Oishi Park is a palette of nature's changing seasons, enjoying the ever-changing beauty of cherry blossoms in spring, lavender in summer, red leaves and kochia in autumn, or snow scenes and reeds in winter, each a picturesque moment.
(⚠Note: Each year during the maple and cherry blossom seasons, we will go to Lake Kawaguchiko to enjoy the beautiful scenery—either the Maple Corridor in autumn or the cherry blossom groves in spring—instead of going to Oishi Park)

◉ Herb Festival at Oishi Park, Kawaguchiko (June 21 – July 12, 2025)
The enchanting 2025 Lavender Festival is here!
Stroll through violet-hued fields , breathe in the soothing fragrance of lavender, and marvel at Mt. Fuji towering over the vibrant blooms—a scene straight from a dream.

Up next, Oshino Hakkai is awaiting us.

The name Oshino Hakkai comes from the eight clear springs formed by the pure snow water of Mount Fuji being carefully filtered through the strata. This place is highly praised for its tranquil and beautiful natural environment. The pool water sparkles under the sunlight, like pieces of gems inlaid on the ground.

And our last stop is Arakura sengen park and Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine.

· Tucked away at the base of Mount Fuji, this park is known for its stunning landscapes and rich history. From its observation deck, visitors can capture the iconic view of Japan’s sacred peak(Mount Fuji) framed by the striking Chureito Pagoda—a photographer’s dream. The park transforms with the seasons, offering delicate cherry blossoms in spring and fiery autumn foliage, all against the timeless backdrop of Mount Fuji’s majestic silhouette. A must-visit for nature lovers and culture seekers alike.
· Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, established in 705, is a sacred site that honors the deity of the region and played a pivotal role in historical rituals to appease Mount Fuji's eruptions

Agnes was the best tour guide! She was kind, funny, informative, and really cared that the guests had a good time. She went out of her way to find me a restroom when there was a long line and the bus was leaving soon. I really felt that she went above and beyond her duties. The tour was amazing and definitely worth the money. Although I booked it almost a month out, I think it was worth it to look at some of those 30-day weather forecasts. We happened to get one of the only days in the week without rain, and we were able to see Mt. Fuji! Definitely keep the weather in mind because the view is not guaranteed. The stops were all very different and wonderful places to visit. I felt that we had enough time to see what each stop offered. I would do this tour again!
