  • After the reservation, we will send the e-ticket with a QR code to your email address. Present the e-ticket to enter the park. (This ticket is only available for Non-Japanese Passport Holders).
  • If you've booked a roundtrip transfer, please note that the return pickup time is scheduled for 8 p.m. Should you require any changes to this pickup time, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we won't be able to rearrange your trip. Terrible experience! We felt like this a total scam! Tourist trap! We were traveling as a party of seven and when we received the email the night before with the ‘tickets’ when we got to the front gate they would not work, as those were not actual tickets. My whole family had to leave the line and I had to call to get valid tickets, very embarrassing. In addition, we paid an absurd amount for this package when two of the people were infants no charge and our driver informed us after dropping us that we did not, in fact, purchase the round trip private transfer. Disney Sea itself was great but to pay the price we paid AND still have to purchase fast passes when we got into the park was a total disappointment. It would have been cheaper to purchase our tickets in the Disney website and set up an uber which only cost us $50 to get home. Would NEVER use this service again.
