Umair is a very good driver, very kind and friendly, we had good conversations in English. We enjoyed our trip very much and can fully recommend a tour with him.
We had an amazing day trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone! Our driver, Umari, was incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the entire journey. He made the experience even more special by offering to take plenty of photos for us at all the scenic stops, which we really appreciated. The views were absolutely stunning, and lunch by the lake was delicious and peaceful a perfect way to take in the beauty of the area. Highly recommend this experience, especially with a guide like Umari!
