Enjoy learning about sake from a sake sommelier at a private salon during a fun tasting experience in Tsukiji. Find your favorite as you sample different sakes from around Japan and its many breweries.

Your sake expert will explain about the brewery, history, and story of each bottle before sampling. Just like wine and beer, not all sake tastes the same and with 50 to 60 different types on offer, you can experience a wide range of flavors.

Your sake-tasting experience includes 2 hours of unlimited tastings. There are snacks available during the tasting session, to enhance the flavor of the different sakes. You'll also try the brewed beverage at different temperatures and taste how the flavor changes.

A very genuine experience. We tried about 30 different sakes, with tastes varying from sweet and gentle to bitter and deep. We've also learned a lot about the process of making sake. The activity is organized by a local sake enthusiast group, so they have even some rare kinds. Overall, I feel that every enjoyer of a good alcohol will not regret this

Kyoko was our sake sommelier and she is fantastic. She takes you through a progressive sake tasting and has good knowledge and explanation of the sake and the breweries. I really recommend this tour. My session was with a small group and we were able to meet other people from around the world. There are small snacks to eat while tasting the sake and plenty of water to drink in between the tastings. I will definitely try the sake with food pairings if there are availabilities and if it is on offer next time I am in Tokyo. The sake lovers Japan group are great and provide a friendly service.
