Our guide Sora was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming and introduced us to some new facts about Japanese culture. Her English is excellent and it was a pleasure to travel with her along with our excellent bus driver. Also very friendly and professional.
Sora is a great guide. Friendly and knowledgeable! Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we couldn’t go to 5th station. But the free sake was fun and you could enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Kayo our guide made the trip very good. It actually snowed on the day we went and www were unable to do any of the activities. But she made sure we did some other activities. She is very sweet.
Amazing! Everything from the transport to the sightseeing and food. Just meeting point was bit messy since many other companies meet at the same place
This was a really full, action packed day. It was incredible to pack in so much, which we thoroughly enjoyed as a family of 4.
