(Monkeys great, driver/transport & guide NOT good) Driver confirm pick up, picture of wrong hotel, changed pick up point days prior. Driver said manager had not told him of change. Driver nice but speeding 120, 130, friend with driver good at understanding us. Stopped bought for us coffee. Talked & able to point out things, swerving & breaking quickly. Not completely smooth ride. Stopped for lunch at 11:30 to 12:20 nice place. At snow monkey park, told it was a 15min walk up, showed driver app said a guided tour, he tried to call someone as he did not understand. NOT a guided tour! Asked how long we would be up at the monkeys, as they would rest in the van. Then asked us for parking money. Told “we have more place to visit, have to reach hotel 6pm” Returned after monkeys, showed driver app said 12hour guided day tour & meant to visit 4 places, he said that not what his manager had told him. Drive back, speeding, swerving close to barricades when talking to friend & texting while drivin
